Along with a manuscript, please include a cover letter and resume that includes the following information:

We ask that authors use footnotes rather than endnotes or parenthetical citations, and that they adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
Manuscript Review Process
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for reviewing all submissions for publication with Widener Law Review. Unsolicited manuscripts are accepted for consideration on a rolling basis. Authors are encouraged to submit their completed manuscripts as soon as possible. Widener Law Review publishes one volume consisting of two issues annually. Article submissions for publication cannot be returned. When a submission is accepted for publication, the author will be required to sign an Author Agreement.
All questions about submissions or the review process can be directed to wlr@widener.edu.
